PAYMENTS

THERE ARE THREE PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. BY TERM
  2. BY THE CALENDAR MONTH
  3. WEEKLY THROUGH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

All payments are to be made In advance. We accept Cash and Online transfer. Late payment fee (10% of the lesson fee) can be charged for more than 2 months’ delay.

POLICY

  1. ABSENCES
    • For One on One Lesson, except for school holidays (optional) sickness and trip will be the only reasons for absences (we can waive the fee only once a term).
    • We will charge the full lesson fee for absences (with or without notice) for all other reasons.
    • If the student is sick and cannot come to a lesson, please let us know at least 5 hours before the lesson time - either to the teacher directly or to the school.
    • Please advise us well in advance if you need to go out of town or overseas for some period of time. You may enrol, but the lesson time may need to be re-scheduled accordingly.

  2. TERMINATION
    • Three consecutive weeks’ absence without notice will terminate the enrolment automatically.
    • Two weeks’ notice is needed for termination of lesson.
